How are the suites priced?

Wheelhouse suites are individually priced based on floorplan, views, accessibility and upgrades. Prices range from the mid-$300,000s to mid-$600,000s.

How can I upgrade my Wheelhouse?

At the end of construction, a certificate of occupancy will be issued for every Wheelhouse suite, ensuring it is available for immediate occupancy upon closing. After closing, you are free to plan and execute your buildout with any qualified contractor.

How are the upgrades priced?

Mezzanines, HVAC upgrades, enhanced electric services, epoxy floors and other finishes can be priced upon request.

Can I connect multiple Wheelhouse suites?

Yes, the demising walls between suites can accommodate doorways or be eliminated altogether.

What are the HOA fees?

The HOA agreement is in process now and will be made available upon request. HOA fees will vary by square footage.

How are these suites zoned?

Wheelhouse suites are designated PDZ (Planned Development Zone) by the City of Colorado Springs. Residential and private storage are approved uses and offer a residential property tax benefit as compared to commercial properties.

Can I sublease my garage suite?

Yes, subject to the declarations in the HOA agreement.
